WAVE Solutions LLC was founded by Lilly Hedrich from firsthand experience in the answering service industry and a background in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
During eight years working in answering services, Lilly observed a common issue: businesses answered calls and captured messages, but often lacked the time, systems, or staffing needed to properly follow up afterward.
While businesses did not miss the call, they often missed the opportunity.
Lilly recognized that true communication requires more than message capture. It requires follow-through, responsiveness, and completion.
